Juliette's Gluten Free Beef and Beans Recipe

Ingredients
- Beef (usually a blade steak or similar) trimmed and cut into 1cm strips
- 1 TBS fresh (not jar)garlic diced
- 1 TBS fresh (not jar) ginger diced
- 1-2 TBS Rice bran oil
- 2 TBS wheat free soy sauce
- 1 TBS GF Oyster sauce (Changs brand is gluten free)
- 1-2 TBS of GF sweet chilli sauce (depending on how hot you like it)
- Green beans topped and tailed
Instructions
- Add oil to wok on high heat until surface of oil is shimmering.
- Add garlic and ginger and stir fry until fragrant- Do not burn!
- Add in beaf and stir fry for a minute until just done- Do not over cook or else it will be tough.
- Add the beans and the sauces and stir fry briefly.
- This is a very quick meal and the beans should still have a lovely crunch to them.
- Serve with rice.
