Juliette's Gluten Free Beef and Beans Recipe

Ingredients
  1. Beef (usually a blade steak or similar) trimmed and cut into 1cm strips
  2. 1 TBS fresh (not jar)garlic diced
  3. 1 TBS fresh (not jar) ginger diced
  4. 1-2 TBS Rice bran oil
  5. 2 TBS wheat free soy sauce
  6. 1 TBS GF Oyster sauce (Changs brand is gluten free)
  7. 1-2 TBS of GF sweet chilli sauce (depending on how hot you like it)
  8. Green beans topped and tailed
Instructions
  1. Add oil to wok on high heat until surface of oil is shimmering.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and stir fry until fragrant- Do not burn!
  3. Add in beaf and stir fry for a minute until just done- Do not over cook or else it will be tough.
  4. Add the beans and the sauces and stir fry briefly.
  5. This is a very quick meal and the beans should still have a lovely crunch to them.
  6. Serve with rice.
