I am searching for Icecream brands in SA that are gluten/wheat free. Can anyone help? I am new to the world of gluten free and still educating myself and was shocked to see how much stuff has glucose syrup (derived from wheat) in them. Ice cream is my weakness and I am devastated that I cannot eat it anymore. I am set for bread, pasta, sauces and just about everything else, but I need my ice cream fix and need to find a wheat free alternative before I go crazy.
- Valhala ice cream or sorbet is marketed as being gluten free, yet it lists wheat in the ingerdients list. Is this safe to eat?
- Possible Coeliac?
