Gluten Free Lemon, Honey and Ginger Recipe
Winter is here and I have developed a bit of a cough and a sniffle. Last night I was sick of sitting around with a dry throat so walked to my local store to pick up a few supplies to make myself a soothing winter drink packed with vitamin c.

  2. Ginger One nob of fresh ginger
  3. Honey 1 - 2 Tablespoons (depends how sweet you like it)
  4. Water 4 - 6 Cups depending on how strong you like it.
Instructions
  1. Massage your lemons to soften up the juices then cut in half and squeeze into a coffee plunger. Add the honey and boiling water and stir well until the honey is dissolved. Finely dice the ginger then place into the plunger. Sit the lid on top and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Plunge the mixture to remove any floaties.
  2. I love drinking this mixture out of teacups. It just tastes better out of a small fine cup.
  3. I hope this warms your winter sniffles.
